unexpected guest, our own neighbour

We were just finishing our lunch, suddenly, knock! knock! knock! someone knocked our door.


oh! our korean neighbour! "We decided not to sell our house. so we are going back to korea for good. If you know someone who are looking for house, good tenant like you, please let us know" said Paul, a pastor who will retire soon. "How much then is the rent?" we asked him.. "oh, it is $470 per week"


Exactly when he left, we straight away discussed the possibility of moving into his house... rather than paying $500 per week, his offer is better. And we checked our tenancy end on 5th nov.. aha! just in time.. so we can give notive and move in by early next month. Hurry! let's make a move.


So we pay Paul a visit few minute later, view his house, which is slightly different than the one we are staying in, and told him our interest to rent his house.. He was happy, just regret why he didn't come to us earlier. He was about to meet real estate agent that afternoon, just before we knock his door... fuh! And the best part is... he offered us only $460! Alhamdulillah...


Since he need to discuss this matter with his wife, he would let us know tomorrow.
