King of fruit

Bismillah...

Yesterday, a friend invited us for lunch (thanks yea, terima kasih daun keladi, lain kali leh jemput lagi :)

On the way back from their house, kami singgah ke kedai buah. Then, astonishingly, fresh king of fruit was there, what.. durian!! biaq betui.. it's true. and this is my first time ever found that fruit being sold fresh in NZ (so far, frozen one ada la.. byk gak la kat kedai2 asian groceries).

I was soooo tempted to buy one, soo expensive maa NZD16.99 per kilo. So after consulting my big boss (green light!), then I bought one. Balik tuh siap amik gambar, hubby told my children about this special fruit. They were keen to know and taste the fruit. But only ashraf ate it, humaira just had a small bite, and danial had none. The taste was good, not too bad la (don't compare with m'sian one laa... coz this one is from thailand, and the travel may cause it's taste to deteriorated..haha..just a mere assumption..

So today, hubby makes bubur kacang hijau letak durian.. (his fav la tu). Thanks dear! umi soo engrossed with this D9 (tapi sempat lak tulis bolg yea.. take five jap).. thanks dear for all your support.
