New House...

Bismillah...

Been busy lately... packing and moving things into our new house... oh, what a tedious job. But Alhamdulillah almost 90% done. Thanks to dear friends who help.

Big or small, cheap or expensive, new or old... does it matter? (yes of course laa... we want convenience, we want a home that meet our budget, we want good house and good price too... some may say)... it is all correct. but please always remember our last house kay... the grave!! for sure... we'll not going to bring lots of stuff, just a mere plain white kafan... and 3 things, amal jariah, do'a anak yg soleh and ilmu yang dimanfaatkan.
- amal jariah... iya, belbagai bentuk, it's not only money, but can also be your deed, as long as with good intention (niyah or niat)
- do'a anak2 yg soleh/ah...
- ilmu yang dimanfaatkan... some people can deliver knowledge, but does the knowledge is being used and utilized, that's another stories...

This tazkirah is specially dedicated to me!!.... Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Lailaha illallah, Allahu akbar...

So this new house is our fourth house in NZ. It was just bought by our landlord for 435K and she post an advertisement on trademe. Simultanously, she also paid few agents who also post their advertisement. Some of the agents stated $550 for the house. What??? $550 per week... but the landlord stated $500 p/w. Alhamdulillah I think da jodoh betul dgn rumah tuh... she just post on trademe, I gave her a call, set an appointment (at that time, she has not even received the key of the house she bought), later view the house, and the next day... sign an agreement... it happened so fast. And the good thing of dealing directly with landlord is no letting fee...alhamdulillah... so now we're staying at 3 bedroom double storey house with large garden and beautiful view... We won't be able to pay that kind of house, if we're staying alone. It's mainly because we'll share the rent with my sister who will be coming soon... Hope things will run smoothly for her... ameen.
